● This series of products are single-component modified alkyd resin conformal coating
● After undergoing a cross-linking reaction with oxygen in the air and curing, the product forms a dense film featuring good flexibility, abrasion resistance, and electrical insulation properties, as well as good corrosion resistance, moisture resistance and mold resistance in environments with salt spray, acid-base, sulfurization, and damp heat
● The product contains fluorescent indicator for easy UV detection
● The product complies with the relevant requirements of the EU RoHS directive and REACH regulations
● The product has passed UL certification (E522847)
● The product meets the VOC limit requirements (GB 30981-2020)

FD503-H7 organosilicone sealant

Details

FD503-H7 organosilicone sealant is a two-component addition type organosilicone material cured at room temperature or after hearting. This two-component elastic silicone sealant is designed for potting and protecting electronic products under harsh conditions. The formula adopts a new technology so that the product cures well at room temperature. After thoroughly and evenly mixing components A and B as per 1:1 weight ratio, the product cures into an elastic material within a certain period of time.
